(1) Below, we provide information on the collection of personal data when using our website.
We process personal data solely to the extent necessary for the provision of a fully functional website, as well as for the delivery of our content and services.

(3) When you contact us via email, the information you provide (such as your email address, and where applicable, your first and last name, address, telephone number, as well as the subject and message content) will be stored by us in order to respond to your inquiry.
We delete this data once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations apply.
(4) If we want to use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also mention the defined criteria for the storage period.
§ 2 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights with regard to your personal data held by us:

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.
If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR). The following data are also listed, which are not technically necessary, which are only collected if you have given us your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

§ 5 External Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This can include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).
Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

We have concluded an order processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law that ensures that it processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
§ 6 Consent management tool "ProcessWire"
We have integrated the consent management tool "ProcessWire" (https://processwire.com), an open source CSM project, on our website to request consent for data processing or the use of cookies or comparable functions. With the help of "ProcessWire", you have the option of giving or rejecting your consent for certain functionalities of our website, e.g. for the purpose of integrating external elements, statistical analysis and reach measurement. You can use "ProcessWire" to give or deny your consent for all features, or to give your consent for individual purposes or functions. The settings you make can also be changed by you afterwards. The purpose of the integration of "ProcessWire" is to leave it up to the users of our website to decide on the aforementioned things and to offer the possibility to change settings that have already been made as part of the further use of our website. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 3 sentence 1 lit. a) in conjunction with Art. 7 para. 1 GDPR and, in the alternative, lit. f). With the processing of data, we help our customers (according to the GDPR the controller) to fulfil their legal obligations (e.g. obligation to provide evidence). Our legitimate interests in processing lie in the storage of user settings and preferences with regard to the use of cookies and other functionalities.

§ 7 Storage period
The storage period of personal data varies. It depends on the purpose of the processing, the legal basis and, where applicable, a retention period prescribed by law.
If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, the data will be stored until your consent is revoked.
If your data is processed within the framework of contractual or quasi-contractual obligations in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and statutory retention periods are relevant, it will be deleted after the expiry of these retention periods if your data is no longer required for the performance or initiation of a contract or if there is no legitimate interest in continuous storage.
If your data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, it will be stored until you object to processing in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR. This is only not the case if other legitimate interests for the processing outweigh your own legitimate interests, or if the processing serves to pursue legal claims.
In all other cases, unless otherwise stated in this statement, your data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purpose of collection or other processing.
